WINE MAKING AND AGEING
Fermentation 15 day-fermentation in steel vats at 12 degrees and 3 months on cultivated yeasts. Further 90 days on yeasts
TASTING NOTES
Floreal notes, violet and rose come together on this sparkling wine. On the palate this is delicate and smooth. Rose di Terra displays excellent acidity and mineral notes
