THE NEW WINERY

The new winery of Fattoria Casa di Terra is under construction, and its completion is scheduled for the 2012 harvest.

Its structure makes it unique in the Bolgheri wine, thanks to several factors that characterize it. First of all architecture design and unobtrusive rigorous, make this winery, made of steel and concrete, will allow a permeability of light as to guarantee an optimal working environment.

The company's goal, in the creation of a new winery, is to create a flexible, open and modern, where the environmental impact is minimized, both in terms of energy demand and consumption of resources, and the opening to new technologies and change is possible.

The property is on two levels, for 7500 square meters, and supports efficient way for the production of wine in many areas dedicated to the promotion and reception of the product, to ensure professionalism in receiving both wine tourists or customers that operators professional.
