WINE MAKING AND AGEING
Fermentation: 60% of the blend is pressed, fermenting in steel tanks at 16 degrees for 15 days. 40% of the blend ferments for 15 days on its skins where it stays for two months
Wine Ageing: 5 months in stainless steel tanks with cultivated yeasts
TASTING NOTES
This wine definitely shows an admirably complex nose of acacia flowers, white pulp fruits and hints of white pepper. On the mouth is elegant, smooth and light-bodied. Bolgheri Vermentino offers a sapid and persistent finish providing a sensation of freshness and balance
